• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at info@evo-lab.ca, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
2. A return authorization will be provided along with shipping instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Defective Products or Order Errors
